Facilitating Technical Talent Evaluation and Employment, and Assisting Mid- and Senior Technical Talent Growth: Hilong Successfully Concludes 2016 Technical Talent Evaluation and Employment

(April 28, 2016, Shanghai) On April 28, 2016 Hilong held a ceremony for issuance of letters of employment for technical positions at the managing engineer level and higher. This was the third annual technical talent evaluation and employment since Hilong's implementation in April 2013 of the "Expert Technical Personnel Qualification Evaluation and Employment Management Measures". A total of 98 individuals were offered technical positions at various levels.

 

During the evaluation and employment, 1 directing engineer and 7 managing engineers were evaluated and hired. Yuan Pengbin, Hilong Party Committee Secretary and Chief Engineer, and Li Shenghong, Human Resources Director represented Hilong management and the Hiring Committee in issuing letters of employment to the technical personnel. Warm congratulations were extended to the hired technical personnel, noting the acknowledgment and affirmation of the company to exceptional technical talent represented by obtaining a mid- to senior technical position. The leaders also expressed their hopes that the technical personnel would cherish the honor and excel in their positions to further extend each of their leading positions within their technical fields.
